Tips on how to sell your Recreational Aircraft sooner

Make sure that you have all of your AD's and any known work/maintenance completed...
Make sure you aren't turning potential buyers off with small items of repair that may only cost a few hundred dollars to have in tip top condition.
Price your aircraft market appropriate...
Do your homework - what are other identical or similar aircraft selling for?
If you are getting the hits but not getting the calls, it may be over priced.
Re-price your aircraft if no one is calling...
If you find that no one is responding to your Ad - consider re-pricing your aircraft...it may be over priced.
You might consider a more realistic price for the current market.
Think like a buyer - not a seller. What would you pay for it as a buyer??
Use at least 3 images in your Ad...(available in Premium Ad's only)
Take at least 2 or 3 exterior images showing your aircraft from different angles and at least 1 image of the interior.
Be honest but detailed...
Make sure you include lots of detail about your aircraft - a serious buyer is more likely to contact you if you have provided lots of details and features of your aircraft
Present your aircraft well...
Make sure that when you have lined up a potential buyer that you have cleaned your aircraft - inside and out. There is nothing worse than a potential buyer going to see a dirty aircraft with dirt, dust, cobwebs, etc. Having a dirty unkempt looking aircraft might tell your potential buyer that you dont care for your aircraft...
